Product Update: ESG Intelligence Feed Is Live

Legiseye now has a dedicated ESG intelligence page for teams that need to track sustainability regulation without digging through general legal updates.

The new ESG page focuses on regulatory changes that matter for sustainability, reporting, carbon markets, and green finance teams. It is built for compliance leaders, legal teams, sustainability teams, consultants, and companies preparing for ESG reporting obligations.

You can see it here: ESG and Sustainability Intelligence.

What the ESG feed tracks

The public ESG feed now prioritizes regulations and updates tied to concrete ESG frameworks and topics, including:

  • CSRD and ESRS sustainability reporting
  • SFDR disclosures
  • EU Taxonomy rules
  • CBAM and carbon border compliance
  • EU ETS and UK ETS carbon markets
  • Green finance and green bonds
  • Climate disclosure standards
  • ISSB and TCFD aligned reporting
  • Biodiversity, deforestation, and supply chain due diligence
  • CSDDD style corporate sustainability due diligence

The goal is simple: surface regulatory updates that create real ESG obligations, reporting work, or compliance risk.

Why we tightened the feed

ESG regulation sits close to many other policy areas. Labor rules, housing plans, energy infrastructure decisions, and public procurement updates can sometimes look ESG adjacent, but they are not always useful for an ESG compliance workflow.

Because of that, we tightened the public feed. The page no longer relies only on a broad ESG relevance label. It now requires visible ESG signals in the law title or summary before showing an item publicly.

That means the feed is stricter about what appears on the ESG page. Generic wage agreements, generic housing policy, and ordinary energy operations updates are filtered out unless they clearly connect to sustainability reporting, climate disclosure, carbon markets, green finance, due diligence, biodiversity, or another concrete ESG topic.

What is live now

The ESG launch includes:

  • A public ESG landing page at /esg
  • A live ESG regulation count across six jurisdictions
  • A stricter latest regulations feed for public viewing
  • Positioning around CSRD, ESRS, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CBAM, ETS, green finance, and climate disclosure
  • Dashboard foundations for ESG profiles and digest preferences
  • ESG specific routes for future compliance workflows

This is the first public version of the ESG intelligence surface. The next step is to keep improving the upstream classifier so the database labels become stricter too, not just the public page.

Why this matters

ESG teams do not need every policy update that mentions energy, labor, or public planning. They need to know when a law changes reporting duties, creates disclosure requirements, affects carbon pricing, changes taxonomy alignment, or adds due diligence obligations.

That is the direction for Legiseye ESG Intelligence: fewer noisy updates, more obligations that teams can act on.
