Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
By continuing to use Legiseye after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.
Use of the Service
Legiseye provides AI-powered summaries, analysis, and monitoring of legislation across multiple jurisdictions. You may use the service for personal or professional research purposes in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or commercially resell content from Legiseye without prior written permission. Automated access beyond normal browser usage is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
No Legal Advice
Legiseye is an informational tool, not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using the service.
AI-generated summaries and analyses are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always consult a qualified legal professional before making decisions based on information found here.
Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features require a registered account and a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their account.
Privacy & Data
We collect only what we need to operate the service: your email address, subscription status, and usage preferences (such as selected industries and countries). We do not sell your personal data.
Authentication and payment data are handled by third-party providers (Supabase and Polar, respectively) under their own privacy policies. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form to improve the service.
Limitation of Liability
Legiseye is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legiseye and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
