Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the service:

• Email address — used for authentication and sending your digest emails.
• Name — optional, collected at signup for personalization.
• Usage data — pages visited, laws viewed, and feature interactions to improve the product.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Polar. We do not store your card details.

Your information is used to:

• Provide and operate the Legiseye service.
• Send email digests (weekly or daily, based on your plan).
• Process payments through our payment provider.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

You can unsubscribe from digest emails at any time via the account page or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

Transactional emails (such as password resets and payment confirmations) are not affected by unsubscribe preferences and will continue to be sent as needed.

Your data is stored securely via Supabase, which operates infrastructure in the EU and US regions. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Legiseye. Each has their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Polar — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI-powered summaries and analysis. No personal data is sent to these providers; only anonymized legal text is processed.
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Collects anonymized usage data (page views, sessions) with IP anonymization enabled. Only active when you accept cookies. See Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out via cookie preferences.
• Sentry — error monitoring. Collects error reports and stack traces to help us fix bugs. No personal data is collected. See Sentry Privacy Policy.
• Ahrefs — website analytics. See Ahrefs Privacy Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve Legiseye. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function (authentication, theme preferences). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors use Legiseye (Google Analytics 4). These are only loaded if you explicitly accept cookies via the consent banner.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Preferences” in the footer, which will reset your consent choice and show the banner again.

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hey@mertkarabay.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
