The Director of the Water Resources Development Center must represent the Center and prepare plans and programs related to training, research, and consultancy based on the Center's short, medium, and long-term goals, for approval by the Management Board.
The Management Board must convene at least twice a year and no more than three months apart to make decisions on the Center's activities and management.
The Center shall conduct national and international scientific and technological research and applications aimed at managing water resources and controlling floods and droughts, as well as encourage and coordinate these efforts.
