Recruit officers of the technical and administrative corps at the rank of lieutenant through: graduates of the technical and administrative school, graduates of the inter-armed military school, competitive exams for non-commissioned officers with 10+ years of service, or selection of career non-commissioned officers (major and adjudant-chef ranks)
